Day 1 San Francisco, CA: Arrive at San Francisco International Airport. Complete the immigration formalities and collect your luggage. With your selected vehicle, transfer to your hotel. Day 2 San Francisco, CA – Lassen Volcanic National Park, CA (Around 04Hrs): After breakfast drive to Northern California is Lassen Volcanic National Park, with Lassen Peak the parks dominant feature. Boiling springs, steaming Sulphur vents and mud pots all combine to make up this diverse landscape. The Devastated Area, littered with lava rocks from its last eruptions and miles of trails through lush forests and around blue lakes deliver a never to be forgotten experience. Overnight in Chester.
Day 3 Lassen Volcanic National Park, CA – Lake Tahoe CA/NA(Around 03:30Hrs): After breakfast drive through Lassen Volcanic National Park and ancient forests follow the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail to Lake Tahoe. Explore the lake activities, hike or bike the many trails or simply enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this wilderness area on the California/Nevada border. Overnight in Lake Tahoe.
Day 4 Lake Tahoe, CA/NV – Yosemite National Park, CA (Around 03Hrs): After breakfast drive through the High Sierra Nevada Mountains is Yosemite National Park, famous for its Giant Sequoia grove, Bridal Veil Falls and granite rock formations of Half Dome and El Capitan. Yosemite is an unspoilt wilderness to explore, and Yosemite Village, provides an opportunity to visit the Ansel Adams gallery or Yosemite museum. All levels of trails make this a paradise for hikers and bikers, and you may wish to consider staying longer to fully explore. Overnight at Yosemite National Park.
Day 5 Yosemite National Park, CA – San Francisco, CA (Around 04Hrs): After breakfast drive back to San Francisco. Take advantage of more time in San Francisco to take a ferry to Alcatraz Island in San Francisco Bay to get an up – close look at the notorious federal penitentiary (now part of the National Park Service) as well as marine wildlife, nesting sea birds and Civil War – era buildings. Alternatively, visit the Presidio of San Francisco, a former US Army military fort, now part of Golden Gate Recreation Area. Overnight in San Francisco.
Day 6 San Francisco (Departure): Breakfast at the hotel. Check out of the hotel and proceed to San Francisco International Airport to return your vehicle on time and move for flight to your next destination.
