Itinerary :
Day 1 Amman: Arrive in Amman (QAIA). Meet and greet at the airport. Transfer to the hotel and Check-in. Overnight stay in Amman.
Day 2 Amman – Jerash – Amman: After breakfast, embark on a city tour of Amman, beginning with the downtown area. Explore various historical sites and museums, such as the Archeological Museum, the Folklore Museum, The Citadel, and the Amphitheatre (Museums are closed on Tuesday), proceed onwards to visit Jerash – “Pompeii of the East”, Gerasa one of the Decapolis “the Famous 10 Greco-Roman Cities” Located 45 KM north to Amman, Jerash is the best preserved example of Roman Civilization in Jordan. The Major highlights: Arc de Triumph or Hadrian’s Arch, The Hippodrome, the oval square, the colonnaded street, the temple of Aphrodite, Temples of Artemis and Zeus and the Roman theater, The Nymphaeum, 14 Churches from early Christian-Byzantine era, some Umayyad and Mamluks settlements. Overnight stay in Amman. (B)
Day 3 Amman – Madaba – Nebo – Petra: After breakfast, depart to Wadi Musa City via kings high way visiting Madaba, Mount Nebo en route, Madaba, a city best known for the famous 6th century Mosaic map of Jerusalem & Holy Land and for its spectacular Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics and visit of St. George’s church, Visit Mount Nebo – Moses Mountain, situated 10 kilometers west of Madaba, overlooking the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, West Bank and Jerusalem, where believed the alleged sites of the tomb of Moses., arrive to Petra for check in. Overnight stay in Petra. (B)
Day 4 Petra: After breakfast, Visit the Nabatean Red Rose city of Petra, one of the 7 world wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Enter the city through 1KM long narrow gorge which is flanked either side by 80m high cliffs The site is massive, and contains hundreds of elaborated rock-cut tombs, a treasury, Roman-style theatres, temples, sacrificial altars and colonnaded streets. Overnight stay in Petra. (B)
Day 5 Petra-Wadi Rum-Dead Sea: After breakfast, head to visit other significant sites Wadi Rum. Explore Wadi Rum on a 2 hour jeep ride into the Jordanian desert! Later proceed to reach Dead Sea. Overnight stay in Dead Sea. (B)
Day 6 Dead Sea (Departure): After breakfast, Enjoy free morning in Dead Sea; It is the lowest body of water on earth, the lowest point on earth, and the world’s richest source of natural salts. Departure from Amman via Queen Alia international Airport to your next destination. (B)
